Lindsey Moore is the Data Analytics Manager for the Oakland i-team. She brings 10 years of experience managing data and evaluation in the social sector. Most recently, Lindsey served as the Senior Learning and Evaluation Analyst for Tides, where she helped build the evaluation program to understand the impact of grantmaking & fiscal sponsorship programs. Previously, she has worked in nonprofit consulting, nonprofit operations, and on evaluation consulting projects for NGOs domestically and internationally. Lindsey excels at using values-based methods to listen to and partner with communities.

Lindsey holds a Master of Development Practice degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where she did her Master’s research on public-private partnerships. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Math and Political Science from Vanderbilt University. Lindsey has been a proud Oakland resident for nearly 10 years and, in her free time, enjoys getting outside as much as possible.
