His extensive experience in public service includes serving as a Congressional Aide in the U.S. Congress and as a senior advisor in the California State Legislature, where he developed deep expertise in government operations. Throughout his career, César has demonstrated a commitment to effective governance and community advocacy, working to ensure that diverse voices are heard and represented in the policy-making process.
